In House Services

Flush & Pressure Testing

Every cooling product is thoroughly flushed to remove manufacturing debris before being individually pressure tested. This ensures every radiator, intercooler and oil cooler leaves our workshop leak-free, quality checked and ready to perform.

Repairs & Refurbishment

Our specialist remanufacturing department restores original copper and brass radiators to OEM standards. From leak repairs and damaged tanks to complete recoring, every unit is carefully rebuilt, pressure tested and finished to deliver reliable performance while preserving originality.

Fuel tank repair

We repair and clean steel, aluminium, copper and brass fuel tanks, from minor leaks and corrosion to damaged seams and fittings. Every tank is professionally cleaned, repaired, pressure tested and quality checked to ensure a safe, leak-free return to service.

Chemical cleaning

Our specialist chemical cleaning machine removes rust, scale, oil residue and internal contamination from radiators, intercoolers, fuel tanks and other cooling system components. This process restores clean internal passages, improves flow and provides the ideal foundation for repair, refurbishment or remanufacturing.

Bespoke core manufacture

With in-house core manufacturing capabilities, we produce bespoke copper, brass and aluminium cores to suit your exact requirements. Whether replacing obsolete designs or creating a one-off solution, every core is built to the correct specification for optimum cooling performance.

Uprated new units & Recored units

We manufacture both uprated new units and recored radiators in copper & brass and aluminium. Whether you're looking to improve cooling performance or retain the originality of your vehicle, we offer bespoke solutions built to OEM or enhanced specifications.
